 Claiming Your Prize

Serious Coffee will not contact the winners, those who enter the contest need to check either our Facebook page or website and then follow the instructions exactly as given below.

If you win a prize, follow the steps provided below to claim it.

1. Prizes must be claimed no later than January 31, 2016
2. Prizes are claimed by emailing social@seriouscoffee.com
3. In your email Subject line, enter "12 Days of Xmas Contest"
4. In the body of your email include the following information;
   1. Your First and Last names
   2. Daytime phone number
   3. Year of birth
   4. Name or location of the Serious Coffee café from which you wish to pick-up your prize.
   5. Name of prize won

All prizes will be shipped to the Serious Coffee cafe chosen by the winner. The winner will be contacted with information about when the prize will be available for pick-up.

NOTE: Within 3 business days of Serious Coffee receiving your email notifying us of your win, you will be emailed information that includes the date that your prize will be available for pick-up at your chosen café.
