Our brioche is a soft, light-textured sweet bread made even better by the buttery cinnamon-sugar sprinkled over the top...yummy!

Brioche Ingredients: Unbleached wheat flour, water, sugar, eggs, canola oil, milk powder, yeast, salt, Sodium stearoyl lactylate, diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono-diglycerides, ascorbic acid, enzymes.

Wash: Salted butter, sugar, and spices

(May be baked using a soy-based cooking pan spray  Manufactured in a facility that uses peanuts)
